📌 Admission Process

  • Non-Cancellation Policy: Once admission is taken, it cannot be canceled, and the payment is non-refundable.
  • Pre-Enrollment Advice: It's advised to read all terms and conditions before completing the enrollment process.

🎓 Course Types & Fees

We offer 3 types of structured Digital Marketing Programs:

  1. Masters in Digital Marketing – ₹1,25,000
  2. Diploma in Digital Marketing – ₹95,000
  3. Executive Program in Digital Marketing – ₹75,000

Additionally, students can choose to enroll in individual modules such as SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Website Development, or any of our 46+ specialized modules for a fee of ₹20,000 per module.

💰 Fees & Payments

  • EMI Facility: Candidates opting for EMI must make timely payments. A delay of even one day incurs a ₹750 charge, and sessions may be paused until dues are cleared.
  • Cheque Payments: A bounced cheque will result in a ₹750 penalty.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable. ProiDeators reserves the right to postpone/reschedule batches under unforeseen circumstances.
  • Mode Shift: If the course delivery mode changes from classroom to online, no refunds will be processed.
  • Lecture Attendance: Attending any session voids refund eligibility.
  • Online Course Refunds: Not applicable for the Online Advanced Digital Marketing Certification Course.
  • Registration Fees: Refundable only within 5 days from admission, minus a ₹7000 administrative fee.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 working days post formalities.
  • Instalment Defaults: Non-payment beyond 15 days from due date may lead to admission cancellation.

🔄 Refunds in Other Cases

  • No refunds if admission is canceled due to:
    • Disciplinary issues
    • Breach of institute policies
    • Substance abuse or anti-ragging violations
    • Failing eligibility checks

💳 Student Loan Process & Guidelines

  • 0% Interest Loans are available through third-party vendors.
  • Contact details are shared with vendors upon request.
  • Document Submission: Within 24–48 hours post contact.
  • Approval Criteria: Depends on vendor’s credit policy.
  • Repayment: Handled by the loan vendor; penalties may apply for delays.

🏫 Additional Guidelines

  • Classroom Assets: Damaging institute property results in fines.
  • Attendance: 100% attendance is mandatory for all enrolled sessions.
  • Curriculum Updates: The curriculum and terms may be revised anytime to align with industry standards.

🛡️ Legal & Operational Safeguards

✅ Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials are ProiDeators' intellectual property. Reproduction, sharing, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

✅ Code of Conduct Clause

Unethical behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct will result in suspension or expulsion with no refund.

✅ Technology & Platform Usage Policy

Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or misuse of online platforms will lead to account suspension and possible legal action.

✅ Non-Placement Guarantee Disclaimer

We provide placement assistance but do not guarantee employment. Success depends on student effort and market conditions.

✅ Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for disruptions due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

✅ Certification Disclaimer

Certificates are granted upon completion of all coursework and assessments. Failure to comply may lead to withholding of certification.

✅ Pricing & Promotional Offers Clause

Fees and promotions are subject to change without prior notice and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

✅ Third-Party Tools and Software Disclaimer

We are not liable for changes or issues with third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEMrush) used during training.

✅ Student Testimonial & Image Usage

Enrollment grants us the right to use testimonials and student images for promotional purposes unless objected in writing.

✅ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms follow Indian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

📚 LMS Extension

  • Students get access to ProiDeators LMS learning material, softcopies, and other resources on the day of Orientation.
  • LMS access is valid for 365 days from the date of Orientation.
  • If the course is not completed within this period, a 90-day extension is available for 50% of the course fee applicable at that time.
  • Extension is allowed only once. Beyond this, students must reapply afresh.
